What is your availability?

I am available Monday - Thursday 6pm - 8pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, I am available a majority of the day. My availability is also indicated in the Booking Calendar. If you do not see a time available that you need, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email.

What is your availability on Holidays?

Phanna is closed for all major holidays. Please contact your mentor for more information regarding any particular holiday in question.

What is the cost for services?

One - on - one sessions - choose from 2 bundles:

'The Newcomer' - $125

'The Pioneer' - $150

Group Sessions - $125 per individual attending the group

No Show Fee - $50

What services are provided at Phanna?

One - on - one sessions

Group sessions (both theme based and based upon a specific topic will be available based upon demand)

Are hours listed on the website the only hours available?

For now, yes. My dream is to reduce the amount of time I am treating as an SLP to provide more hours to those who want consultation time or mentorship for their own caseloads. If you do not see a time that works for you, please do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail eforgey@phannaslpconsulting.net and I will see how I can accommodate you and your needs.

How long do individual and group sessions last?

One hour; however, if more time is needed to discuss a topic, then the client and consultant can determine options during the session.

How does scheduling work?

Contact Liz via the 'Request a Session' link and/or she will discuss times and dates for another consultation during the appointment.

Do these mentorship and consulting services count toward ASHA's supervision requirement for Clinical Fellows?
-
Unfortunately, no. Due to ASHA's requirement of having to directly observe a certain number of hours of treatment time, your consultant cannot act as your CF supervisor.

How do I pay the mentor?
-
After you select a time for your appointment, you will be required to pay the fee associated with the service included through an online vendor. Taxes will be included at the time of checkout.

How will services be rendered?

Online services are the only option available at this time.

What platform will be utilized for online sessions?
-
For convenience, Google Meet will be the video service; however, the platform is subject to change if needed.

Is there a fee if I miss a session?
-
Yes, a fee of $50 will be automatically deducted from your bank account if less than 24 hours cancellation notice was provided prior to the cancellation or if you do not show up to the scheduled appointment (i. e., No Show).

What if I am late to an appointment?

If you are 15+ minutes late to the session, then the session will have to be cancelled and you will be charged a fee if you are unable to reschedule the appointment.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Please reach out to Liz at least 24 hours in advance if you have to cancel an appointment.

Can the services Phanna provides be covered by insurance?
-
Not at this time. Phanna accepts several different payment providers such as PayPal.

What topics will be discussed during the session?
-
Any specific client challenges (while adhering to HIPPA rules/regulations), weaknesses where you want to grow with an SLPs scope of practice, data integration into sessions, time management, interpersonal challenges with colleagues or supervisors, advocating for client needs, how to co-treat with different specialties, and so much more!

Does the owner, Liz, hold an active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology?

Yes, she does. She holds in licenses in several states and has an active caseload.

What kind of experience does your mentor have?

Liz holds multiple certificates, has several years experience working a variety of settings within all areas within her scope of practice, and with most populations. For more specific information, please review her bio by navigating to the 'About Phanna' section.
